This costume was created for Kings Daughters Medical Center Infection Control Unit. It's made of upholstery foam covered in purple fabric with green fuzzy balls all over it. In addition to the "Mr. Germ" name tag on his front, he also has a sign that reads, "Wash Me!" on his backside.
